3 The second angel poured out his bowl into the sea, and it became blood like that of a dead man, and every living thing in the sea died. 4 Then the third angel poured out his bowl into the rivers and the springs of waters, and they became blood. 5 And I heard the angel of the waters saying, “Righteous are You, the One who is and who was, O Holy One, because You judged these things; 6 for they poured out the blood of saints and prophets, and You have given them blood to drink. They deserve it.” 7 And I heard the altar saying, “Yes, Lord God, the Almighty, true and righteous are Your judgments.”
The second and third angels attack the earth’s bodies of water, both saltwater, and freshwater. Turning water into its blood was the first plague the Lord delivered to the ancient Egyptian Empire. The River Nile and anything that held the water supply of Egypt changed in undrinkable water, and the animals in the river also died, which would cause a horrible odor of decaying fish.
Exodus 7:17 This is what the Lord says: “By this, you shall know that I am the Lord: behold, I am going to strike the water that is in the Nile with the staff that is in my hand, and it will be turned into blood. 18 Then the fish that are in the Nile will die, the Nile will stink, and the Egyptians will no longer be able to drink water from the Nile.”
The Egyptian Empire was mighty because it was beside the river Nile. It was essential to its survival; it provided drinking water and fish that the Egyptians ate. The earth is the only planet that can support life cause it has water. So the Lord demonstrates He is the true God when he changes life-giving essential water into the undrinkable blood, salt water, and freshwater animals die. Not only is the judgment but revenge; when the angels are pouring out the wrath of God, they give praise to the Holy One. Ever since Cain killed his brother Abel, the saints of God have received many horrible tribulations. Its blood for blood, the word of God, demands murdering the image of God.
Genesis 9:5 I certainly will require your lifeblood; from every animal, I will require it. And from every person, from every man as his brother, I will require the life of a person. 6 Whoever sheds human blood, By man his blood shall be shed, For in the image of God He made mankind.
All humanity is made in God’s image, but those who worship the Lord live by His images, not of the beast’s false image. Like John 3:16, whoever believes in the Son of God will not perish, but does who don’t get death. The angels of God are His messages. While they pour out His wrath, they give God praise and tell the wicked idol worshippers of the world, and you reap what you sow; you deserve to lose your life-giving water. When you believe in Jesus Christ, you will not perish but have everlasting drinkable water. You will have life and, indeed, never thirst again. God bless you all. Jesus, the water of life, loves you, and so do I, Samuel H.
1 John 5:6 This is the One who came by water and blood, Jesus Christ; not with the water only, but with the water and with the blood. It is the Spirit who testifies because the Spirit is the truth. 7 For there are three that testify: 8 [d]the Spirit and the water and the blood; and the three are in agreement. 9 If we receive the testimony of people, the testimony of God is greater; for the testimony of God is this, that He has testified concerning His Son. 10 The one who believes in the Son of God has the testimony in himself; the one who does not believe God has made Him a liar because he has not believed in the testimony that God has given concerning His Son. 11 And the testimony is this, that God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son. 12 The one who has the Son has the life; the one who does not have the Son of God does not have the life.
