But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,
The word Love is the (NASB) Bible I use 484 times, & the first time the word Love is written in Scripture is from Genesis 22:2, where the Lord asks Abraham to go sacrifice his son he loved Isaac, but isn’t that what love is, sacrifice? If another knows what love is, knows that Genesis 22:2, isn’t the first time love is in the scripture.
Genesis 1:22 God blessed them, saying, “Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the waters in the seas, and let birds multiply on the earth.”
To be fruitful & multiply takes attraction, even with animals, sea animals like whales, male whales will make whale sounds or songs, to let females know he is fit & ready for mating & therefore they meet, be fruit & multiply, just like God the Creator told them to.

But love isn’t just for mating or reproducing, God told the first man & woman to rule over the animals of water & land, & He even told them to subdue the earth, that is the animals & plants, which according to science are all living breathing lifeforms. The Lord wanted Adam & Eve to rule the world He created with love, the same way He governed over you & me. Jesus told His followers what love is;
Luke 6:31 Treat others the same way you want them to treat you.
I don’t know about you, but I wanna be loved, so i treat others with love, but that isn’t easy especially in this world of sin, where some people only care for themselves & showing love is a little difficult for them. But Jesus tells me & you to love those who are difficult to love, even if they hate you & me, or even harm us, ouch, that is a bitter pill to swallow & even turn the other cheek of those who smack you & me & let them smack the other side. God bless you all , the God of love you and so do I. Samuel H
Luke 6:27“But I say to you who hear, love your enemies, do good to those who hate you,28 bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you.29 Whoever hits you on the cheek, offer him the other also; and whoever takes away your coat, do not withhold your shirt from him either.
