Acts 19:11-16 Do Demons Noticed You?
Acts 19:11-16
11 God was performing extraordinary miracles by the hands of Paul, 12 so that handkerchiefs or aprons were even carried from his body to the sick, and the diseases left them and the evil spirits went out. 13 But also some of the Jewish exorcists, who went from place to place, attempted to name over those who had the evil spirits the name of the Lord Jesus, saying, “I adjure you by Jesus whom Paul preaches.” 14 Seven sons of one Sceva, a Jewish chief priest, were doing this. 15 And the evil spirit answered and said to them, “I recognize Jesus, and I know about Paul, but who are you?” 16 And the man, in whom was the evil spirit, leaped on them and subdued all of them and overpowered them, so that they fled out of that house naked and wounded.
In (1st Timothy 1:15) the apostle Paul, calls himself the foremost or worst of all sinners, he basically said he was a bad man. But that didn’t stop him from doing the work Jesus told Paul to do. He spread the message of Jesus’ love, he used the Savior’s name with 100% faith & Jesus’ name was a powerful weapon, when Paul spoke of it. So much the Devil & his demon took notice, when useless non-believers, who also took notice, tried to use Jesus’ name, the demons, only mock them & made them suffer & shamed them, they ran home naked & with bruises. Ask yourself this question, if Paul who consider himself the chief of sinners, who in verse 1 said God was doing extraordinary work, & the demons recognize his work, are sharing the love of God, with Son’s name or are you leaving that responsibility, which Jesus told all His followers to do in;
Luke 9:1 And He called the twelve together, and gave them power and authority over all the demons and to heal diseases.
. If you are the Devil & his demons know who you are, if not they could care less, they already know, you are on their side. It’s time for you & me to start to fight the good fight, the battle is on, Satan, in Jesus name!! Amen 🙏 God bless you all, Sam H, a prayer warrior.
