Proverbs 12:20 Truth of the Matter
Deceit is in the heart of them that imagine evil: but to the counsellors of peace is joy.
Charity organization exists because the Holy Bible teaches the idea of being charitable. Many who need help benefit from charities, and I have also benefited from charities. Tithes and offerings given to churches help provide means for charities to give. Also, charity organizations’ donations help them give back to the needy. Sadly, in this world of sin, those who operate Charity organizations want to benefit themselves from charitable contributions. The Black Lives Matter movement works as a charity organization because it needs help to give back to the black community, but does it do that? It does to a degree, and its official website shows a statement it does so. Also, Lawsuits are being issued against different leaders of the organization because of how they misused donated funds. Black Lives Matter leaders are buying lovely mansions, fancy excellent fast automobiles, or even purchasing rare dog breeds. Should Christians support the Black Lives Matter organization? The answer is no if any individual looks at the official website and sees what it stands for. The Holy Bible is against same-sex relationships, marriage, dating, or casual sex. Black Lives Matter supports that lifestyle and favors any family unit the Bible is against. To the organization, two males or females can raise children as parents. Recently the United States Supreme Court reversed federal abortion laws; the Black Lives Matter organization states that it is an attack on a woman’s reproductive rights. It does not care abortion terminates the life of a child so that a young one’s life does not matter, even a young black life. Defunding the police force is another demand of the organization. Many places across the US have defunded their police, but crimes have increased. Evidence is truth; disobeying God is living a lie and does not give a person peace or joy. God made humans in His image, and when they don’t obey Him, they contradict the purpose they were made for. In the gospel of John, chapter 18, the Roman governor Pontius Pilate asks Jesus the question, “What is the truth? But Pilate did not wait for Jesus to answer. Is that the same problems the folks of the Black Lives Matter organization have? They are less busy listening to the truth of God’s word and too busy obeying God’s word according to their liberal understanding of His word. God bless you all; the Lord Jesus loves you, and so do I.
