Revelation 17:14 The Triumph Mark That Overcomes

Revelation 17:14 The Triumph Mark That Overcomes

Revelation 17:14

They will wage war against the Lamb (Christ), and the Lamb will triumph and conquer them because He is Lord of lords and King of kings, and those who are with Him and on His side are the called and chosen (elect) and faithful.”

The Devil knows he will lose the battle against the Lord, but he has deceived the Antichrist and the rulers of the world. Still, yet he fights with all his might because judgment day is Satan’s final battle and he wants to go out with a big bang. The Holy Bible says in many places, the Devil and his demons believe in God, even the demons obey Jesus each time He told them to leave a person’s body. The only ones who are fooling themselves are rulers of the world and the wicked ones who trust and obey Satan.

James 2:19 You believe that God is one. You do well; the demons also believe, and shudder.

Of course, the King of kings, the Lord of Lords, will be victorious over the Devil, the Antichrist. The bondservants of God will not have to fight but will be victorious as well. Many believers of God have been faithful through all many trials and tribulations of the Devil’s warfare, ever since his first attack in heaven and against Adam and Eve. When I read and study scripture, I will use many different  English translations/versions, of scripture. When I looked at different versions, of Revelation 17:14 it will say, the Lamb of God will triumph, conquer or overcome the war. Christians should have peace in their heart because Jesus said, if you believe in Him, you have already overcome the evil of this world.

John 16:31 Jesus replied to them, “Do you now believe? 32 Behold, an hour is coming, and has already come, for you to be scattered, each to his own home, and to leave Me alone; and yet I am not alone, because the Father is with Me. 33 These things, I have spoken to you so that in Me you may have peace. In the world you have tribulation, but take courage; I have overcome the world.”

Many Christians and non-Christians fear the book of Revelation because, to them, it sounds like a doomsday warning from God. They made the rapture teaching up around the belief, the Lord will rescue saints to miss a tribulation period times. But the warfare started long ago. Adam and Eve lost their young son Abel to their eldest son Cain because Cain obeyed Satan. Many others throughout earth’s history fought the good fight and died for not being ashamed of worshipping the Lord. Even when many died for their love of Jesus, they will be victorious and overcome death in the ultimate destruction. Fear should exist in true bondservant of the Lord’s heart, Jesus overcome the cross, death and He rolls the stone away so that He could walk out the tomb. The faithful believers of the Lamb of God will do the same. Do you believe, brothers and sisters, if you and I are faithful to the end, that we can overcome the trials and tribulation of the second advent of our Lord Jesus Christ? God bless you all, faithful when the Lord comes. Jesus loves you and so do I. His bondservant, Samuel H.

1 Corinthians 15:50 Now I say this, brothers and sisters, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; nor does the perishable inherit the imperishable. 51 Behold, I am telling you a mystery; we will not all sleep, but we will all be changed, 52 in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet; for the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed. 53 For this perishable must put on the imperishable, and this mortal must put on immortality. 54 But when this perishable puts on the imperishable, and this mortal puts on immortality, then will come about the saying that is written: “Death has been swallowed up in victory. 55 Where, O Death, is your victory? Where, O Death, is your sting?” 56 The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the Law; 57 but thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
