2 Corinthians 7:1-4 Can A Christian Hate

2 Corinthians 7:1-4

 1 Therefore, having these promises, beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all defilement of flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.2 Make room for us in your hearts; we wronged no one, we corrupted no one, we took advantage of no one. 3 I do not speak to condemn you, for I have said before that you are in our hearts to die together and to live together. 4 Great is my confidence in you; great is my boasting on your behalf. I am filled with comfort; I am overflowing with joy in all our affliction.

When a person says he or she fears God, that person, should not have any hate for anyone, within their Christian heart. Church history is full of mistreatment that people who called themselves Christian. Most of the mistreatment was done in the name of God, and this Bible passage tells me and you, no one should be treated wrong. No person practices any act of hate to anyone. As a social media person, I see people who call themselves Christian, say they dislike this person, or that person, for different reasons. Most of the reason is that who someone votes for or what political party they favor. These people say, if you support this person or that person, I hate you and I will block you, but then you click on their profile and they say I love Jesus. As a Christian, I have a big question mark in my head, does this person who says they love Jesus really love Jesus if they dislike someone who has a different point of view? The word of God actually say if a person says he or she loves God, who they have never seen, but hate some they have seen, that person really don’t love God and that person is a liar;

1 John 4:20 If someone says, “I love God,” and hates his brother, he is a liar; for the one who does not love his brother whom he has seen, cannot love God whom he has not seen.

Now it is easy for me and you to love our family and friends, but for some people or Christian, they can’t love someone of different races, or who they vote for, or even go so far who they kiss, but the Bibles say a Christian who says they love God should never show hate, we are even to love those who hate us and love our enemies, that can be hard, even for me with my sister boyfriend, but Jesus tell me to love my enemies, that is hard, but is Jesus words, not mine. I don’t wanna be like a preacher who is long-winded, and repeat myself, but if you wanna be like Jesus love like Jesus, Jesus had no hate in His heart, when He said Father forgive them for they know not what they do, He was asking His Father to forgive me and you, because our sins put Him on that cross. Jesus died for me and you, and the Bible tells us we called Him our enemy when He did it, have you ever thought that. My dear brothers and sisters and talking to myself, don’t practice the hate of Satan but practice the love of Jesus, the Lord of our faith. Amen, and God bless. Please pray for my dear friend, Desiree, Her health is not so good, ask the Lord, to make her well.

Matthew 5:43“You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall love your neighbor and hate your enemy.’ 44 But I say to you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you,

Romans 5:10 For if while we were enemies we were reconciled to God through the death of His Son, much more, having been reconciled, we shall be saved by His life.
