I Love the church I belong to and I can’t understand people who say they are Christians and don’t go to church. Of course people say the church is not a building, but it doesn’t feel the same as worshiping from an electric device My walk or relationship with the Lord increases when I worship with church brothers and sisters in Christ. There are some people who say, not all people who go to church are real Christians and I know that. When I first joined the church, there was a man, who always talked about different people in the church and how he disliked their behavior ,but he even helped me a great deal, many times and I miss him. Years later when his life was falling apart, he left the church and removed his membership. I spent the last few years in a wonderful small church, and this church family, truly made peace by building each other up. My previous church, I always had a difficult time getting a ride to church worship or events, but with this small church, I had plenty of church family to give me a ride to church. Even the other bigger church I visited had a share a ride program, and they even had a homeless shelter program that I volunteered for and I gained great peace in helping others. Now that most church people are not allowed to gather and worship together under the same roof and hear the word of God, and even share a lovely meal afterwards. We can only have some internet connections and hear each other’s voices and see each other in our pj’s, well some, we still find a way to bring peace and build each other up. I can tell those Christians who don’t go to church, and just sit at home, read their Bible alone or have worship and answer questions or have Bible talk, on social media, they can keep their. church without a building, I would rather have a real hug of two arms rather than a virtual emoji hug, & hear someone say, Amen. Thanks to the church family I worship with these last few years, I may not be there, but I will not pull my membership, God bless & I love you al thel Mint Hill Community SDA Church.
