Revelation 14:9-10 Marked For Judgment

Revelation 14:9-10

9 Then another angel, a third one, followed them, saying with a loud voice, “If anyone worships the beast and his image, and receives a mark on his forehead or on his hand, 10 he also will drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is mixed in full strength in the cup of His anger; and he will be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels and in the presence of the Lamb.

The book of Revelation is a final judgment, sin and the Devil are put to death, and all who worshipped him die as well. All mankind must receive his or her reward for who they trust and obey. This is the message the third angel delivers but this is the same message the whole Bible says in its prophetic language. Scripture says in Revelation 14:10 that Jesus the Lamb and the holy angels watch those who worship the beast burn in their final judgment, like family members who go watch a criminal die on the day of their execution, justice needs to be seen. Jesus and His angels were in heaven when Lucifer started his war and he was cast out of heaven with the angels and demons who believed him.

Mark 14:61  But He kept silent and did not offer any answer. Again the high priest was questioning Him, and said to Him, “Are You the Christ, the Son of the Blessed One?” 62 And Jesus said, “I am, and you shall see the Son of Man sitting at the right hand of power, and coming with the clouds of heaven.” 63 Tearing his clothes, the high priest said, “What further need do we have of witnesses? 64 You have heard the blasphemy; how does it seem to you?” And they all condemned Him as deserving of death.

The Lamb of God Jesus died for all, for the forgiveness of their sins, it was and is up to them if they believe in Him to have been given life as a reward on judgment day, otherwise they perish in death. That is the requirement for salvation according to God’s word,  Jesus the Son of God, would have to be lifted up to die as payment of sinner’s sin and the guilty look at Him, believe He is Lamb Son of God and be made innocent.

John 3:13 No one has ascended into heaven, except He who descended from heaven: the Son of Man. 14 And just as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, so must the Son of Man be lifted up, 15 so that everyone who believes will have eternal life in Him. 16 “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him will not perish, but have eternal life.

Jesus was put on trial before a Jewish priest to see if He was guilty of blasphemy to be put to death. Jesus is the Son of God and He doesn’t have to answer to any human, even if they are priests of God’s word, the priest asks Jesus over and over are you the Son of God, and He remains silent. Finally, the high priest’s pride in his heart drove him and he uses the Father God’s name to get an answer, and Jesus always answers when God’s name is used.

When Jesus died on the cross, the Jewish priest was watching, but almost the whole earth has heard about Jesus the Son of God dying on the cross for the forgiveness of sin. Some people accept, trust, and obey then receive paradise, others reject doing what is right in their own eyes, and suffer the same fate as all the devil, everlasting death. God bless you all, Jesus the Lamb of God loves you and so do I, Samuel J H.

John 1:9 This was the true Light that, coming into the world, enlightens every person. 10 He was in the world, and the world came into being through Him, and yet the world did not know Him. 11 He came to His own, and His own people did not accept Him. 12 But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name, 13 who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of a man, but of God. 14 And the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us; and we saw His glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth.
