Revelation 14:6-7 The Mark Of Creation
The angel of God in Revelation delivers the same message the book of Genesis does, the Lord God is the creator of heaven and earth, and on that gospel truth that is what makes Him God Almighty. In many of my Bible teaching blogs, I will use Genesis to teach and explain God’s word, cause it is the point of reference of who God is. In the Hebrew language, Genesis means beginning and the Genesis is part of the books of Moses which is called the Torah, added to the Torah are historical books and words of prophets like Samuel, Elijah, Isaiah, Daniel, Jeremiah, and Malachi. . The word of God calls these people a cloud of witnesses and champions of faith and most of the names are written in the book of Hebrews chapter 11.
2 Timothy 3:16 All Scripture is God-breathed [given by divine inspiration] and is profitable for instruction, for conviction [of sin], for correction [of error and restoration to obedience], for training in righteousness [learning to live in conformity to God’s will, both publicly and privately—behaving honorably with personal integrity and moral courage];
Even if their writings and books are named after them, the Lord is all inspired by His Holy Spirit breath, and no one, I mean no should say, the word of God has flaws cause man wrote it, God has no limits as to who He can control to do His will and write His love letters to His children. In the sermon on the mount where Jesus introduces Himself and telling the congregation how they can be blessed and inherit the kingdom of God, He preached in Matthew 5:17 He didn’t come to abolish the laws or the prophets but to fulfilled them, so many Christian believe with a statement mean Jesus came to totally discredit of doing away every single word from Genesis to Malachi is no longer valid or meaningful, and if Genesis is removed the God is no longer God of creation, heaven, and earth. God’s word and His law are not just the ten commandments that are written in Exodus 19:2-17 and Deuteronomy 5:6-21, but all scripture Old and New is His word and He is God of both. When he said in Matthew 5:17 that He came to fulfill the law and the prophet’s words, He only came to declare He is still God of creation and everything was made by Him and Him alone.
All of God’s word is holy, all of the commandments are good as the apostle Paul wrote a couple in his New Testament books; Romans 7:15-17 and 1 Timothy 1:8-10, but only one commandment declares the Lord God maker of creation of heaven and earth and that is the 4th commandment, which is the major debated commandment among Christians, saying it was only meant for the Jewish nation, but when God made heaven and earth the Hebrew nation didn’t exist, only Adam and Eve existed at the time and they were not Jewish. The main reason for the 4th commandment is to remember God made heaven and earth in 6 days on the 7th day He rested, it declares He is God of creation. and for it to be abolished as so many say it has, heaven and earth would have passed away or be destroyed, which Jesus preached in Matthew 5:18 would have to happen for any of God’s law, and He even add not on one jot or one tittle would be removed. Jesus continues to preach in Matthew 5:19 if anyone teaches that breaking at least of one God’s commandment, that means one jot or one tittle, that person, that means any person, so-called Christians, pastor, teacher or church, will be called least in the kingdom of heaven, and that my brothers and sisters means all the 10 commandments and all 66 books of God’s word.
