Revelation 13:11-14 The Sleeping Giant Mark

Revelation 13:11-14

11 Then I saw another beast coming up out of the earth, and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spoke as a dragon. 12 He exercises all the authority of the first beast in his presence. And he makes the earth and those who live on it worship the first beast, whose fatal wound was healed. 13 He performs great signs so that he even makes fire come down out of the sky to the earth in the presence of people. 14 And he deceives those who live on the earth because of the signs which it was given him to perform in the presence of the beast, telling those who live on the earth to make an image to the beast who *had the wound of the sword and has come to life.

The land where the United States of America was not really discovered as history books tell us but when Christopher Columbus found it in 1492 word got out there is another place to live. Many people saw the so-called new world as a place for many types of freedoms, and one of that freedom was to worship God or any religion however they pleased. Oh, in July of 1776 the United States of American became an official nation. Even if America began for religious freedoms, not all Americans we Christians. On December 7, 1941, Japan attacked the United States on Hawaii at its Pearl Harbor Navy base and to Japan, it was a successful mission. Even if the quote,” I fear all we have done is to awaken a sleeping giant and fill him with a terrible resolve’ by the Japanese Admiral Isoroku Yamamoto’s is a fictional quote from a couple of WWII movie, he had warned Japan and written America was too and powerful beast of a nation to attack. Never the less the attack on America made the country put all resources to fight back as a sleeping giant. Most American factories were making weapons of types rifles, bullets, tanks, planes, and overall invent the atomic bomb. On August 6, 1945, the United States did something that was not seen before by mankind, fire was a drop from the sky in the form of the atomic bomb on Hiroshima, Japan, and 80,000 people were killed and many others injured. There are two nations in Revelation chapter 13, both are beasts but all nations of the world are beasts according to the Bible.

Daniel 7:22  until the Ancient of Days came and judgment was passed in favor of the saints of the Highest One, and the time arrived when the saints took possession of the kingdom. 23 “This is what he said: ‘The fourth beast will be a fourth kingdom on the earth which will be different from all the other kingdoms, and will devour the whole earth and trample it down and crush it.

The First nation (beast) in Revelation 13 is the religious kingdom while with Roman Catholic church and the Pope ruled over many kings and queens and what he said would happen. When the Pope and his country lost a good bite of its power, another nation (beast) was formed. America may have had beginnings but is far from what God’s word says it good and do an acceptable lovable behavior. But it’s not only America, countries like England, Israel, New Zealand, China, and many others practice anything God called evil. America has maintained itself as a  peaceful freedom living country, but if in what control something like global warming or climate control, it will have to be warlike to make nations like India and China obey its strict rules. America had the world’s biggest military power and went if American spirit as a strong desire and rebel spirit to not stop. It could combine power with strong religion like the Roman Catholic church and look like a strong act of God to being worldwide power but look like a religious revival. The some-what religious people who believe in God and attended church but never read or study the Bible will fall for it, but those who know God’s word will see the evil for what it is and be outlaws to the major government. Time is here and now, brothers and sister, read the word of God and learn the gospel truth and do not listen or follow pagan lies mixed with Christianity, a little lie is still 100% falsehood. Are you ready for the sleeping giant that about to appear, are you worshipping the beast now, is the name of Jesus on your heart, and or is Antichrist your provider?
