Proverbs 6:27-29 Fires Of Foolish Passion Burns
Not many men will put fiery hot coals in his lap, but men love women, but an intelligent wise man should not pursue a relationship with a married woman. A married woman is her husband’s property, she has his last name, she gives birth to his children, he works to provide for her needs, cause ultimately he loves her. The Bible ( Proverbs 6:27-29) passage is a father-to-son conversation, warning his son, stay away from married women, my child it is very dangerous grounds. The married woman speaking about in Proverb 29, is a neighbor’s wife, so it quite obvious the man knows before any relationship starts, she belong to another man, so he should know better. Animals are not like humans, ear don’t look at the opposite sex and see if female lion or bear wearing wedding band. Animal what is called territorial marking , most animals will use their urines as a scent rubbing the smell against a tree. Some animals like wolves or lions will use sounds to mark their territory. A lion’s roar or wolf’s howling , as a way of telling the animals of the territory , this is my area, my family is here and I hunt here, come here and I will smell you, hunt you and make you my family’s meal . Surely a smart man will set his pants on fire, burning his clothes or even his own body especially his lap. Flirty with a married woman might be fun, flirting is like lighting a match that lead to more flirtation , leading to love licks is what they call punching each other slightly a excuse to feel or touch each other. Flirting will led to lust , lust to passion, and just like mice who feel like the cats away, the act of flirtation to adulterous sexual sin. There a many stories some fact some fictional of a husband killing a man who he had learn or has caught in the act of taking the love of his life. Father God is tell me and you, do not covet your neighbor’s wife, honor and respect what belongs to others, obey your Father’s word and you and I will not be burned or consume by the fires of death, cause of unwise behavior. God bless you all the Lord Jesus loves you and so do I, Samuel J H.
