Proverbs 6:16 Wisdom In What God Hates
There are six things that the Lord hates, seven that are an abomination to Him:
What does the Lord hate, well Proverbs 6:16 says there are six things and that seven are an abomination to Him? Proverbs 16, is the beginning of the Holy Bible telling the church, the seven deadly sins God hates. How can the God of love, hate anything, is that truly possible? The word love is in the Holy Bible 479 and the word hate, so clearly the Lord rather talk about love more than hate. The book of Proverbs is a collection of wise teaching given to King Solomon from God, but all of the Holy Bible is inspired by the Spirit of God for teaching.
2 Timothy 3:16 All Scripture is inspired by God and beneficial for teaching, for rebuke, for correction, for training in righteousness;
What I hear from some Christians and even from some Christian churches, the Old Testament books do not apply to a gentile believer in God. Is that true that 39 books of God’s word are no longer good and that they were nailed to the cross at the time of Jesus’ crucifixion? When I read and study God’s word, I feel like am listening to a vinyl record or scratch CD, that is repeating itself. The book of James is kind of like Proverbs of the New Testament, James is moved by the same Spirit of God to write what Solomon wrote.
Proverbs 1:7 The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge; Fools despise wisdom and instruction.
Does the Lord God of creation love and hate the same things in the Old Testament the same things as the New Testament? That is the question and the word of God answers the questions that God’s children ask. Is the beginning of wisdom still getting to know the Lord? Is learning what God loves and hate asking Him what is right or wrong? Does the New Testament tell the modern-day Christian, the same thing Old Testament says, by tell us to put all trust in Him and lead not on ourselves? Jesus the Son of God’s birth is written in the gospel of Matthew and Luke, New Testament books, but also in the gospel of John chapter 1, it is writing and says Jesus was with God at the beginning.
The question is, does God hate and love, the same things that are in Old Testament that are written in the New Testament. Jesus is God with us Immanuel,” which translated means, “God with us.”, Matthew 1:23. Those Christians who love the King James Version more than any other English Bible, know that Jesus’ words are in red. The gospel of John Jesus tells His followers if they truly want to know Father God, ask in Jesus’ name and you and I will know God’s will and what He loves and hates. God bless you all, Jesus loves you and so do I. Samuel J H
