Proverbs 11:31 Pity the Fool

Proverbs 11:31

If the righteous will be repaid on the earth, how much more the wicked and the sinner!

On the day of judgment, two rewards will be given to the people of the earth, and those rewards are life or death. None of the rewards will be delivered in secret or in the hiding realm. Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, reward a believer with everlasting life; otherwise, the non-believers will perish. This is a promise written in John 3:16. The wages of sin are death, but the gift of eternal life is a gracious reward given by the Lord Jesus Christ, as scripture says in Romans 6:22. So is there a confusion of life after death, or when a person receives their reward for heaven or hell? It is a person’s belief or trust in satanic lies. In verse 30 of Proverbs 11, it says the fruit of the righteous is a tree of life. The tree of life was in the garden of Eden. Adam and Eve had access to it if they obeyed God’s voice. In the trial of life a person lives, they have an option of who’s a voice to listen to, and the Lord, the giver of life and death, will reward to who voice we trusted and obeyed. From the very beginning of time, God said to believe in what I say, and you will live. Otherwise, if you trust another voice, you will die. But there were many voices in the garden of Eden, and they both promise life everlasting, but Adam and Eve are no longer with us, so who was right and who was wrong?

Genesis 2:16 The Lord God commanded the man, saying, “From any tree of the garden you may freely eat; 17 but from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat, for on the day that you eat from it you will certainly die.”

Genesis 3:1 Now the serpent was more cunning than any animal of the field which the Lord God had made. And he said to the woman, “Has God really said, ‘You shall not eat from any tree of the garden’?” 2 The woman said to the serpent, “From the fruit of the trees of the garden we may eat; 3 but from the fruit of the tree which is in the middle of the garden, God has said, ‘You shall not eat from it or touch it, or you will die.’” 4 The serpent said to the woman, “You certainly will not die!

No matter what a person believes or what a church teaches, Adam and Eve are dead. They did not die when they ate the forbidden fruit, but everlasting life on earth was gone. The opposite of life is death. A person or being cannot be living and dead simultaneously. The tree of life gives everlasting life, and it appears in the book of Revelation. Only those who obey God’s word and overcome sin are rewarded the tree of life. If there is a tree of life in hell, the Bible says it nowhere. The opposite of living is perishing. There is no everlasting life for those who reject the Lord. The wages of sin are death, not life, not even burning forever and ever. I once heard Ozzy Osbourne mock God’s word, saying if all the rockers are going to hell, then we will have a fantastic time down there. There is the mindset of the wicked. Living is living. If hell is everlasting life and burning, it is better than being dead and knowing nothing. Read and study your Bible some more. I am living at is learning and experiencing life; death knows nothing, absolutely nothing at all. God bless you all; Jesus is the way and the truth to life. He loves you, and so do I. 1 Corinthians 1:18 For the word of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us, who are being saved it is the power of God. 19 For it is written: “I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, And the understanding of those who have understanding, I will confound.” 20 Where is the wise person? Where is the scribe? Where is the debater of this age? Has God not made foolish the wisdom of the world? 21 For since in the wisdom of God the world through its wisdom did not come to know God, God was pleased through the foolishness of the message preached to save those who believe.
