Proverbs 11:23 When Giant Men Fly
The desire of the righteous is only good, but the expectation of the wicked is wrath.
All people have expectations, but the righteous and wicked, the word of God, say each person will receive their reward. The expectation of the wicked is wrath, and why is that? The wrath of God is reserved for judgment day, and those who refuse God’s existence, or His authority, get His wrath by default. We are all made to serve God, and if we do so, we serve His purpose and ours as well. A person who does not only serves themselves, and their life is to do their own will. Sometimes people who feel self-righteous will use God’s name and His word for perverted self-pleasure. When the so-called Reverend Jim Bakker wanted to have an adulterous affair with Jessica Hahn, his staff told Jessica Hahn, you are doing a favor for God. Jimmy Swaggart, another famous tv preacher, has been caught twice with a prostitute and once when asked if he was guilty and he replied, “The Lord told me it’s flat none of your business.” The Roman Catholic Church had clearly denied that shameful sexual abuse of young children took place. The Children were trusted to the church by their parents, but they sexually assaulted them. Evidence reveals the abuse took place, but the Pope denies it happened. In 1955, a religious cult form called the Branch Davidians, separated themselves from others and chose to fully prepare themselves for the second coming of Jesus. In 1957, they purchased some land in Waco, Texas. The group built a compound and wanted to live together like one big church family. In 1981, David Koresh joined the cult and ended up having an affair with Lois Roden. Lois was the group leader at the time in her 60s and David in his 20s, but the affair was his suggestion, telling her their child would be the Chosen One. In 1990, David wanted to build a so-called Army of God, so the group purchased a weapons stockpile. The FBI found out and said, you are no longer a church and raided the compound. The FBI was not wrong, and neither was God’s word. David, who called himself a prophet of God, told the group he could have any female, as his wife called it, spiritual weddings. On February 28, 1993, at 4:20 am, the FBI took action; the compound caught on fire, six dozen of them died but not of a fire, but of a gunshot to the head.
Many people misread or misunderstand it, and it is because of perverted reasons. Many read the scriptures and think or believe that angels of God had sex with human ladies, which, according to scripture, is impossible. First off, marriage and sex were given to the people of the earth, and God told them to be fruitful and multiply to fill the world.
God never told angels to be fruitful and multiply, fill up heaven, or even be married, which Jesus Himself said did not happen in heaven. Angels of God would not break God’s word, nor should sons of God. Genesis chapter 1 to 6, no one was called Jew or Christian. Sons of God did the Lord’s will, and the sons of man did whatever they felt like. So, in Genesis chapter 6, God releases His wrath as a flood to wipe out the confused, disobedient children of man. In the last days, in which we are near, coexistence is taught, and the words of God are downplayed for social acceptance. The religion of man is the God is loving, and you and I can do whatever we feel like. But the word of God says His children obey Him and keep His commandments, and that is God’s word separates them for mankind. Ask yourself today, are you a son or daughter of God, or do you do what is right in the eyes of mankind? God loves you, and so do I. Samuel H.
