Mark 13:30-32 Generations Passing Away

Mark 13:30-32

30 Truly I say to you, this generation will not pass away until all these things take place. 31 Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will not pass away.

Mark 13, Matthew 24 & Luke 21 are all Jesus being asked to give signs and wonders of the end of the age. The generation of God’s children into the promised land all had signs and wonders but wasn’t enough. The Old Testament had many signs and wonders they saw with their own eyes, but had a failure to believe with their hearts. When the  Pharaoh released them from slavery Israel saw God change the mighty river Nile and all the bodies of water into blood but Israel had drinking water while Egypt didn’t and even when the Red Sea was parted and Israel walked across dry land, it was enough. As a matter of fact the books of Moses are full of signs and wonders the former slaves of Egypt saw and still had disbelief over and over. So that that living generation didn’t enter the promised land of physical Israel. Only Joshua and Caleb , two of them who were alive when leaving Egypt entered the physical promises the rest perished in the wilderness because they were slaves and disbelief of God’s word . Now the same word of God that exists in books of Moses are alive and well today, and if His words are not followed well then  that person will not enter the promised land the Lord gives to He gives as reward for believing in Him. Giving signs and wonders as a warning to know what to look for as a way of saying, hey I need to have a watchful eye and heart to know the end of ages is coming. We have seen earthquakes, nations at war with other nations, famines, lawlessness, and even a pandemic of virus but what do people say? Majority of people are saying I can’t wait until COVID-19 is over so we can go back to normal. I even see people say, where is your God, why are hospitals packed or why can’t my people be treated with fairness. Some of these people call themselves Christians, but show a lack of knowing God’s word, it is a prophecy that  life will fill trials and even more so before the end of ages and even more so for Christians. If you really want things to return to normal, are you comfortable in the slavery of sin. If you are then you will be like the ones who fail to believe God would flood them with so much water that only Noah and his family lived and that generation of non-believer drowned in disbelief . Read the word of God and make your heart’s ready for signs of the Lord and His soon coming. God bless you all, the Lord loves you and so do I. Samuel

2 Peter 2:4 For if God did not spare angels when they sinned, but cast them into hell and committed them to pits of darkness, reserved for judgment; 5 and did not spare the ancient world, but preserved Noah, a preacher of righteousness, with seven others, when He brought a flood upon the world of the ungodly;
