John 3:3 Are You Prepared?
God may have created this world, and His beauty can be seen all over it, but spiritually this is not His kingdom. A child is born with sinful flesh, and they have worldly behavior. Non-Christian parents must teach their children how to behave appropriately. Christian parents will raise their children by God’s word. A child will learn more by watching their parents’ behavior. As a child growing up, I was told not to do things that my parents did themselves. Parents will tell their children not to use swear words, but they will say them themselves. Or ask them not to smoke but have a cigarette in their mouth. It is for that reason a person must be born again. Children, by birth, will do what their parents say or do; it is their mother or father they see when they are born. To enter the kingdom of God, one must learn to live godly. John the Baptist said he baptized with water, but there is one who baptizes with fire and the Holy Spirit.
Allowing the self to be baptized by man is a lovely public event but allowing the self to be baptized by the fire and the Holy Spirit is personal. The Lord will see when a person will do His will until that person is not born again. An unwilling person still desires to live by the patterns of this kingdom, so they are not born again yet. When a person fully submits to the Lord, His Holy Spirit will baptize them, and they become born again. He prepares them for His kingdom, which is difficult if a person is reluctant to allow Him. In the religious world, a person born again is a Christian. A born-again Christian must learn to be Christ-like, requiring help from the Holy Spirit. So many people have a hard time understanding this, which means they are not born again. God bless you all; the Holy Spirit loves you, and so do I. His bondservant, Samuel Jerry Head.
