Isaiah 1:13-14 Bah Humbug Adventist Mass

Isaiah 1:13-14

13 Do not go on bringing your worthless offerings; Incense is an abomination to Me. New moon and Sabbath, the proclamation of an assembly—I cannot endure wrongdoing and the festive assembly.14 I hate your new moon festivals and your appointed feasts; they have become a burden to Me, I am tired of bearing them.

Unlike other churches, the Seven Day Adventist church does not worship on Sunday. What they teach and believe is the name of the doctrine; they believe the seventh day is holy and the honorable Sabbath. They also believe in the good news gospel of the second Advent of Jesus Christ. They believe none of the commandments were abolished, changed, or altered. At the Worldwide Church of God, I learned about the true Sabbath and the mix of paganism within modern times. My parents split before I was a teenager, and my mother returned to her Baptist roots. My mother loves the Lord, and most Baptists cherish the Sunday Morning and the Christmas Holiday.  As a young man, I ate, slept, worked, played, and pretty God, and the church was far from my desires. At 29, I guess a little started to shine in my heart to seek God and attend church. I tried several Sunday churches, but my heart knew Saturday was God’s true Sabbath. I learned that a Seventh-Day Adventist Church was near my home, and they worshipped on the Sabbath. It was Christmas season, and as I drove past, I noticed people gathered at the church and outside, so pull in. The pastor and head elder greeted me, and I introduced myself, saying, “I hear you worship on Saturday. Can I join you?” They replied, “Sure, we would love for you to join us.” “We are singing Christmas Carols to our community; wanna to join us?” I kindly said no, singing is not my thing, but I didn’t wanna that Christmas wasn’t my thing. So, the following Saturday, I went to an Adventist church to get baptized that summer of 2002. I learn more about God’s word and Adventist beliefs and practices.Based on the writing of Ellen G. White, a founder of the Adventist movement, states the mark of the beast is Sunday, 1st day of the week worship. On Sunday, March 7, 321, Constantine the Great decreed that the Sabbath should be moved. This was done because Sunday was already a day to honor the pagan god cult of Sol Invictus (the Roman Sun God). Constantine the Great and the Catholic and Orthodox Churches merged paganism into Christianity at the First Council of Nicaea in 325. This is where Christianity lost more Judeo roots. The Jews were disliked for many reasons because they were seen as uncivilized and rebellious. The people of Rome loved Jesus’ teaching and the story of resurrection, but no, so He was king of the Jews. This is why the Sabbath was moved to Sunday; Easter replaced Easter, and the annual feast meant for Sol Invictus became Christmas. This is my problem with the Seventh-Day Adventist church beloved. Both the Saturday Sabbath being moved to Sunday and the creation of the false day of Jesus Christ’s birth have pagan roots. I personally know that Advent Sunday is not the Sabbath, but it celebrates Christmas, like most Sunday churches other than the Jehovah’s Witness. When I ask the church leader why, well, it is an excellent time to reflect on the birth of the Messiah. To that, I say Bah Humbug, keep your tradition. I live by scripture and scripture, not only man-made trapping. God bless you, and the Messiah is Christ all year round. He loves you, so do I: His jolly servant, Samuel Jerry Head.

Ezekiel 23:38 Again, they have done this to Me: they have defiled My sanctuary on the same day and have profaned My Sabbaths.
