James 2:18-20 Demon’s Faith

James 2:18-20

18 But someone may well say, “You have faith and I have works; show me your faith without the works, and I will show you my faith by my works.” 19 You believe that God is one. You do well; the demons also believe, and shudder. 20 But are you willing to acknowledge, you foolish person, that faith without works is useless?

“You have faith” the author of James’ epistle, and he also says “You have faith, very nice indeed” then he asks “ Show me your works”. Of course the Holy Bible says it’s important to believe but faith must have and produce some actions. If anyone believes there is a God it is the devil and his demons, cause they all dwell in heaven but were cast out because of disobedience.

Revelation 12:9  And the great dragon was thrown down, the serpent of old who is called the devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world; he was thrown down to the earth, and his angels were thrown down with him.

 If anyone thinks he or she will get into heaven cause they were disobedient, they never really read the word of God. Many times in the gospels, an evil spirit recognizes Jesus as Lord, and when the Lord told the evil spirit to leave a poor possessive body, the demon or demons would obey the voice of Jesus. What is the difference between demons believing in Jesus and the Christians. Well demons will stay demons and keep practicing evil cause they want to follow Satan. A Christian should have the desire to have good works, cause they follow the God of love teaching. It doesn’t end there, a believer of God, desire is to tell others of the good news that God loves them and wants to give them the gift of everlasting life. If your faith is only like a part time job, or over as soon as the worship service is over, then your faith is empty and meaningless. If you are a Christian, you are a prayer warrior of Christ, as a part of His body and church, you should go spread the good news , the love of God, and help gain more souls for the kingdom of heaven.
