Proverbs 12:22-23 the Queerest Truth

Proverbs 12:22-23

22 Lying lips are an abomination to the Lord, but those who deal faithfully are His delight. 23 A prudent person conceals knowledge, But the heart of fools proclaims foolishness.

The book of Proverbs breaks down the world’s people into two groups: the wise and the foolish. For the kingdom of heaven, these are the saints or the sinners. Proverbs 12:22 to 23 teaches there is godly wisdom in the truth. The truth shall set you free, free indeed, and the Lord loves the truth, and He hates lies. Lying is like a sin; a liar only thinks of himself, so they hide facts. They do this to escape the consequence of their actions. The wise will reveal their faults, the Lord forgives them, and they become saints. Many lukewarm Christians only associate homosexuality with an abomination, but God isn’t so narrowminded. The word of God says all sins against the Lord are an abomination to Him. The word abomination appears in God’s Holy word 112 times, and the word sin about 1,328 times. Sinning is breaking the Law of God, which is His ten commandments, no matter what the false church teaches. When just one of God’s laws is broken, all ten are broken.

James 2:8 If, however, you are fulfilling the royal Law according to the Scripture, “You shall love your neighbor as yourself,” you are doing well. 9 But if you show partiality, you are committing sin and are convicted by the Law as violators. 10 For whoever keeps the whole Law, yet stumbles in one point, has become guilty of all.

Many who believe in the Lord say the sin of homosexuality is an abomination and will do harmful acts against homosexuals. That is an abomination to God, and it is not loving your neighbor as yourself. Recently acts of crime have happened so foolishly that the Lord would never approve of them. Recently a young lady named Shanquella Robinson went on a vacation to Mexico with six of her friends. Apparently, Shanquella’s friendship with the six others was a lie because they beat her to death. They only mocked her while she was being beaten, asking if she could not at least fight back. Shanquella’s friends return from their vacation without her. They lied to her parents, telling them Shanquea died from alcohol poisoning. . Sadly, the world learns they are lying because they foolishly record their sinful actions with their smartphones. The word of God calls a sinner a fool because not only are they not wise, but their abominable behavior hurts others. And to be honest, they do not care because sinning is selfish. They lie to themselves, believing they hide their sins, but all sins will hunt down the sinner and be revealed. The wisest thing a person could do is confess their sins to God and others and repent. Consequences will happen, but the Lord will forgive and forget sins when we are honest with Him with our mouths and hearts. God bless you all; the Lord Jesus loves you, and so do I. 1 Timothy 1:9 realizing the fact that Law is not made for a righteous person but for those who are lawless and rebellious, for the ungodly and sinners, for the unholy and worldly, for those who kill their fathers or mothers, for murderers, 10 for the sexually immoral, homosexuals, slave traders, liars, perjurers, and whatever else is contrary to sound teaching, 11 according to the glorious gospel of the blessed God, with which I have been entrusted.

Numbers 32:23 But if you do not do so, behold, you have sinned against the Lord, and be sure that your sin will find you out.
