Revelation 18:1 Light Of the World Mark

Revelation 18:1

After these things I saw another angel coming down from heaven, having great authority, and the earth was illuminated from his glory.

As I look at Revelation 18:1, the spirit of the Lord and His word tells the reader that the whole world will be judged. This is comforting to me, and it should be for my Christian brothers and sisters who live all over the earth. I hear people say that America should repent and return to the Lord and allow God to be Lord of the USA. Still, the holy word of God says many times, the holy, holy holy is the Lord Almighty. The whole world is full of His glory.

Psalm 24:1 The earth is the Lord’s, and all it contains the world, and those who live in it.

Isaiah 6:3 And one called out to another and said, “Holy, Holy, Holy, is the Lord of armies. The whole earth is full of His glory.”

As a southern American man, I have a lot of hunting friends, and often they talk about spotlight hunting. Spotlight hunting is illegal in the United States and in most countries of the world, why you might ask? Spotlight hunting is shining a bright beam of light at nocturnal animals, making them freeze or stop where it is standing. This makes the nocturnal animal an easy target for the hunter. Before the animal reacts, it is usually shot dead. Even in daylight times, the sinners of the world, live a state of a  dark world. They feel safe and think the Lord cannot see their sins, but biblical they are very wrong. On the wonderful day of the Lord’s return, some parts of the world will be in daylight and at nighttime. But the light of the Lord is brighter than the sunlight, and on the day of His glorious return, His light will illuminate the entire world. God is not only judging the United States of America, or just Israel, England, China, or Iran, but it will be like in the day of Noah. Instead of covering the whole earth with clouds and rain, it will be by the holy light of His glory. God bless you all; the Lord Jesus loves you, and so do I. His bondservant Samuel Head.

John 3:15 so that everyone who believes will have eternal life in Him.16 “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life. 17 For God did not send the Son into the world to judge the world, but so that the world might be saved through Him. 18 The one who believes in Him is not judged; the one who does not believe has been judged already because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God. 19 And this is the judgment, that the Light has come into the world, and people loved the darkness rather than the Light; for their deeds were evil. 20 For everyone who does evil hates the Light and does not come to the Light, so that his deeds will not be exposed. 21 But the one who practices the truth comes to the Light so that his deeds will be revealed as having been performed in God.”
