Psalm 23:6 Resting In the Shepherd’s Creation
Surely the laws in heaven apply here on earth, worshiping the Lord is what God truly desires. A follower of the Shepherd surely looks forwarding to dwelling in His house. Two types of people exist in the kingdom of the world, those allow the Lord to be their Shepherd and those go astray and just be their own shepherd. There are two types of people who exist in the world, those enjoying dwelling in the Lord’s presence. Worship of the Lord is a daily lifestyle, dwelling in the house of God is worshipping which is a weekly event. Psalm 92 is a song for sabbath day worship, scripture tells us the seventh day sabbath was set aside and made holy to remember God’s creation He did in six days and was done on the seventh.
Within the gathering in the house of the Lord on the Sabbath day, is giving God thanks for His work in creation. In the house of the Lord, is singing and music from instruments and a hearing of God’s word. The children of God, who allow Him to be their Shepherd enjoy giving thanks for the creation He did in six days. We give thanks for being men and women, He made in His images, we give thanks for our home earth we live on He created we give thanks for the oxygen He created and food of creation we also eat and need to live. Those who don’t give thanks to the God of creation, for His wondrous works, for their lives, for their very existence, King David wrote in Psalm 92 are stupid and foolish.
For those who see the Lord’s work in creation, we recognize the beauty in the universe that God made. To say the Lord isn’t real, is to say we aren’t real, our planet isn’t real or our children aren’t real. Many people might get offended my words like being called stupid or foolish. The word of God says that His creation and nature is enough evidence that God is real and not one has an excuse for their disbelief. God bless you all, the Shepherd loves you and so do I. Romans 1:18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of people who suppress the truth in unrighteousness, 19 because that which is known about God is evident within them; for God made it evident to them. 20 For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes, that is, His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly perceived, being understood by what has been made, so that they are without excuse. 21 For even though they knew God, they did not honor Him as God or give thanks, but they became futile in their reasonings, and their senseless hearts were darkened.
